• Business details (if applicable)
• Login credentials
• Payment details (via Stripe, not stored by us)

3. Purposes of processing

We process personal data for:

• Providing our booking software
• Billing and payment processing
• Customer service and support
• Security and fraud prevention
• Legal compliance

4. Payment processing

All payments are processed via Stripe. Stripe is an independent data controller for payment details. See their privacy policy for more information.

5. Storage and security

• Data is stored on secure servers within the EU.
• Only the business owner and authorized staff within the account have access.
• We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss or unauthorized access.

6. Sharing with third parties

We only share personal data with:

• Hosting providers (to operate the software)
• Payment provider Stripe

We have data processing agreements in place with these parties in compliance with the GDPR.

7. Retention periods

• Account data: as long as the account is active.
• Billing data: 7 years (legal retention requirement).
• Data is deleted within 30 days of account cancellation unless required by law to retain longer.
