The migration process typically takes 24 hours depending on the amount of data. Yes, you can configure cancellation policies including how far in advance customers can cancel or reschedule. You can also set different policies for specific services. The policy is shown to customers during booking.

Absolutely. Staff can block time slots for walk‑ins or quickly add walk‑in appointments from the dashboard. You can also convert time blocks into actual appointments when walk‑in customers arrive.

Yes! Every FlexBookz account comes with a unique public booking link that works completely independently. You can share this direct link anywhere - add it to your Instagram bio, post it on social media, send it directly to clients via WhatsApp or email, or use it in your marketing materials.
