We offer three flexible plans: Flex Start at €14.99/month (or €12.49/month billed annually, perfect to get started with up to 500 appointments/month), Flex Pro at €29.99/month (or €24.99/month billed annually (our most popular plan with unlimited appointments), and Flex Enterprise available on request with custom pricing (for larger businesses with multiple locations and custom requirements). We accept iDEAL, all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, and PayPal. For business customers we also offer invoicing with NET 30 terms.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you’ll retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.

Refunds are available for valid reasons only, such as service defects or technical issues. Monthly plans include a 30‑day free trial, giving you time to test the platform before committing. If you need to request a refund after your first payment, please contact our support team within 14 days.

All our plans include unlimited staff members. Whether you’re on Flex Start, Flex Pro or Flex Enterprise, you can add as many staff as you need. Each staff member can have their own schedule, services and booking calendar.

Yes! FlexBookz supports businesses with multiple locations. You can manage multiple sites from a single account, each with its own staff, services and booking calendar. Customers can choose their preferred location when booking.

Yes! Every FlexBookz account comes with a unique public booking link that works completely independently. You can share this direct link anywhere - add it to your Instagram bio, post it on social media, send it directly to clients via WhatsApp or email, or use it in your marketing materials. Your customers can book appointments directly through this link without you needing a website. It's perfect for businesses that rely on social media or prefer a simple booking solution.
