Do you offer a free trial?
Yes! We offer a 30 free trial with full access to all features. A payment method is required to start your trial, but you won't be charged unless you continue after the trial period. You can cancel anytime during the trial without charges.
Do you offer free setup assistance?
Yes! We offer completely free setup assistance for all new customers. Our onboarding team will guide you through configuring your business, adding services and staff, setting up your booking widget, and getting your account ready to go. Whether you need help with initial configuration or ongoing support, contact us at hello@flexbookz.com and we'll set everything up for you at no additional cost.
How much does FlexBookz cost?
We offer three flexible plans: Flex Start at €15/month (perfect to get started with up to 500 appointments/month), Flex Pro at €29.99/month (our most popular plan with unlimited appointments), and Flex Enterprise available on request with custom pricing (for larger businesses with multiple locations and custom requirements). All plans include unlimited staff and come with a 30‑day free trial. Contact us for an Enterprise quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, and PayPal. For business customers we also offer invoicing with NET 30 terms.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you’ll retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are available for valid reasons only, such as service defects or technical issues. The Flex Pro package includes a 30‑day free trial period, giving you time to test all features before committing. If you need to request a refund, please contact our support team within 14 days of your first payment.
How many staff members can I add?
All our plans include unlimited staff members. Whether you’re on Flex Start, Flex Pro or Flex Enterprise, you can add as many staff as you need. Each staff member can have their own schedule, services and booking calendar.
Does FlexBookz support multiple locations?
Yes! FlexBookz supports businesses with multiple locations. You can manage multiple sites from a single account, each with its own staff, services and booking calendar. Customers can choose their preferred location when booking.
Can I share a booking link without having a website?
Yes! Every FlexBookz account comes with a unique public booking link that works completely independently. You can share this direct link anywhere - add it to your Instagram bio, post it on social media, send it directly to clients via WhatsApp or email, or use it in your marketing materials. Your customers can book appointments directly through this link without you needing a website. It's perfect for businesses that rely on social media or prefer a simple booking solution.
