Our dedicated migration team will help transfer your customer data, appointment history, services, and staff information to FlexBookz. The migration process typically takes 24 hours depending on the amount of data. We support migrations from all major booking platforms including Square Appointments, Fresha, SimplePractice, and many others. Contact our support team to get started with your free migration.

FlexBookz has three plans. Flex Start costs €14.99/month (or €12.49/month billed annually) and is perfect for getting started — including up to 200 appointments per month. Flex Pro costs €29.99/month (or €24.99/month billed annually) and offers unlimited appointments, multiple locations, POS, gift cards, and advanced analytics. Flex Enterprise is custom-priced for larger businesses with multiple locations and advanced requirements. All plans include unlimited staff and a 30-day free trial.

We accept iDEAL, all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, and PayPal. For business customers we also offer invoicing with NET 30 terms.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you’ll retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.

Yes! Every FlexBookz account comes with a unique public booking link that works completely independently. You can share this direct link anywhere - add it to your Instagram bio, post it on social media, send it directly to clients via WhatsApp or email, or use it in your marketing materials. Your customers can book appointments directly through this link without you needing a website. It's perfect for businesses that rely on social media or prefer a simple booking solution.
