Step-by-step English guide to creating and onboarding a new FlexBookz account: register, verify your email, complete onboarding, choose a plan and start accepting bookings.
Introduction
To use FlexBookz — the booking system built for beauty, wellness and hair salons — you must first create an account. Your FlexBookz account gives you access to scheduling, staff management, client communication, analytics and other powerful features. This guide walks you through registering, verifying your email and completing the onboarding process so you can start accepting bookings quickly and securely.
How it Works
Creating a FlexBookz account involves three main phases:
Register using your email address or a Google account
Verify your email address
Complete onboarding by setting up your profile and business
Each phase is designed to be quick and intuitive. Email verification ensures account security; onboarding collects the minimum business details needed to publish your booking page and configure staff availability.
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Go to the registration page
Open your browser and visit https://flexbookz.com. Click Register in the top-right corner to open the sign-up form. You can also navigate directly to the sign-up URL:

On the registration page complete the form fields:
Email address: use an address you check frequently (ideally a business address such as info@your-salon.com).
Password: choose a strong password and enter it twice to confirm.
Alternatively, select Sign in with Google to register using an existing Google account. When ready, click Register with Email or the Google sign-in button to create your account.
Step 3: Confirm your email address
After registering you'll see a notice that a confirmation email has been sent. Open your inbox and find the message from Supabase Auth – FlexBookz with the subject Confirm Your Signup. Click the button labeled Login to FlexBookz inside that email to verify your address and sign in automatically.

If you did not request this, ignore this email.Step 4: Onboarding — Set up your profile
Once your email is verified, the onboarding flow begins. First, create your personal profile:
Enter your Name (this is how you and staff will appear to clients).
Click Continue to proceed.
Step 5: Add your business details
Next, add the name of your business under Create Your Business. This name will appear on your public booking page and in appointment confirmations. Complete the field and click Continue.
Step 6: Choose a subscription
Select the plan that best fits your needs:
Flex Start (€14.99/month): a cost-efficient option to get started with essential features.
Flex Pro (€29.99/month — 30-day free trial): recommended if you want advanced features like inventory management, multi-location support and WhatsApp integration.
Choose your plan and click Proceed to Payment to finish registration. If you select the trial, your credit card is saved but you won’t be charged until the free period ends.
Step 7: Quick setup suggestions (after sign-up)
Add staff members and their working hours so clients can book with the right person.
Set up services and durations to match what you offer (e.g., "Haircut — 45 min").
Configure SMS/email reminders to reduce no-shows.
Tips & Best Practices
Use a professional business email (for example appointments@your-salon.com) to maintain trust with clients.
Choose a strong password: minimum 8 characters, include an uppercase letter, a number and a special character.
If you plan to scale (multiple locations or many staff), start on Flex Pro during the free trial to test advanced features without limitations.
Verify your time zone and business hours in the settings during onboarding — appointment times depend on these values.
Populate at least your top 3 services first so clients can begin booking immediately.
Enable automated reminders (SMS and/or email) to reduce cancellations and missed appointments.
Troubleshooting
No confirmation email received?
Check your spam, promotions or junk folders.
Make sure you typed the correct email address during registration.
Click Resend confirmation on the sign-up page if available.
Registration error: "Email already in use"
This means an account already exists for that email. Try the password-reset option on the sign-in page, or sign in using Google if you previously registered with Google.
Verification link doesn't work
Copy the link into a different browser or open it in an incognito/private window.
Disable browser extensions that block scripts or pop-ups temporarily.
If the link expired, request a new confirmation email.
Payment issues
Confirm that your card details are correct, the card supports recurring payments, and there's sufficient balance. Contact your bank if problems persist.
